The aim of coaching is to help clients identify an inspirational vision for their future (in terms of the ideal life they would like to be living at work and at home), and provide personalised support in achieving their goals drawing on the latest insights from positive psychology and leadership theory frameworks. Too often it is easy for us to get caught up in dealing with our current situations, that we do not think about how we would like things to be. Coaching provides a dedicated framework for positive personal change.

Kerry Azar
With a deep understanding of the personal and professional challenges facing business executives, Kerry has partnered with more than 400 C-Suite Executives, emerging leaders and teams in public and private sector organisations, including ASX-listed and Global 500 companies, NGOs and not-for-profits. Kerry has an extensive background of leadership and academic positions working in Australia, Europe, USA and Asia. Her last corporate role was setting up the subsidiary of an ASX aerospace company in Europe. She is a respected executive coach, speaker, mentor and facilitator and the founder of New Duende leadership development. Kerry operates across a diverse range of industries including IT, healthcare, the arts, digital media, FMCGs, mining , finance, legal, aerospace and defence. |
Dr Scott Bolland Dr Scott Bolland has spent the last 20 years actively researching and teaching in the field of Cognitive Science – the scientific study of the mind, that spans such disciplines as psychology, philosophy, neuroscience and computational science. He holds a PhD in the area, as well as a University Medal for outstanding scholarship, finishing in the top 1% of students at the University of Queensland in his studies. His special interest is the field of positive psychology - the scientific study of human flourishing. Scott has led a varied career including researching the neural mechanisms of learning, motivation and change, and heading high-tech start-ups with some of Australia's leading entrepreneurs. Most recently Scott has worked as a corporate educator in the Graduate School of Business at QUT, working with individuals and corporations in areas such as personal leadership and change, organisational behaviour, and high-performance teams. As a coach, he is dedicated to helping you identify an inspirational vision for your future both at work and at home, and helping you plan your way forward, drawing on insights from positive psychology, neuroscience and leadership theory. |
Aubrey Warren
Aubrey is an experienced corporate educator who is committed to helping people, teams and organizations develop professionally and personally so they can become more effective. Australia’s Master Trainer for Situational Leadership®, Aubrey is also an accredited coach with Growth Coaching International and lectures in Business Communication at the QUT's Graduate School of Business, as well as being part of the QUT Business School’s Corporate Education programs. He was also closely involved in the design and delivery of an internationally accredited internal leadership and management development program with one of the world’s leading financial organizations in Asia. His coaching, training and facilitation work is supported by accreditations in the DiSC (including the DiSC 363 Feedback instrument), Team Management Profile (TMP) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI). For more than ten years, Aubrey developed, wrote and produced publications and corporate videos for companies and organizations across a range of industries. He continues his interest in communication-related activities through his teaching, training and writing. |
